In the meantime, the earnings season may be over, but interesting press releases continue to come in.

This Week’s Most Actionable Corporate Events

  1. B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (BOSC) | Communications Equipment | $4.86 | $29.5mm

Earnings Results: Reported 2Q25 results with revenue up 36.4% to $11.5mm and net income up 52.7% to $765k, or $0.13 per share. Contracted backlog was $24mm, compared to $22mm in March and $27mm in December. Based on strong results and contracted activity with existing and new customers, the company raised its 2025 outlook to revenues of $45-48mm (from $44mm) and net income of $2.6-3.1mm (from $2.5mm).

  2. Capstone Holding Corp. (CAPS) | Building Materials | $1.10 | $6.1mm

Business Acquisition: Acquired Carolina Stone Products (North Carolina) for $3.9-4.7mm, or ~4.7x-5.2x EBITDA. The target generated ~$11mm in trailing revenue and ~$0.75mm in LTM EBITDA, with ~$1.0mm of EBITDA contribution expected in 2026. The deal is immediately accretive to revenue and EBITDA, expands its Southeast footprint, one of the nation's fastest-growing construction markets, adds premium brands, and supports margin expansion. The company expects at least one more acquisition by year-end 2025, with multiple targets under review at 4-6x EBITDA, positioning it to enter 2026 at a ~$100mm revenue run-rate.
